Personal Information
We securely store any personal or sensitive information that you provide online. This includes information such as a credit application or online ordering. This is done to protect you from unauthorized use of the information you are sending to our servers. We use third-party services in accepting electronic payments and do not store any of your payment information in our servers.
Emails
Velasea is committed to complying with all applicable laws related to emails, and we do not support the use of excessive, unsolicited emails (aka spam). We use emails for advising customers about available products or opportunities; sending price quotes; sending order confirmations; and in other business-related communications in the normal course of business. We do not sell our email list to any of our business partners for any reason including the purpose of soliciting business from you. You can stop receiving emails from Velasea by clicking the unsubscribe link and/or managing your communication preferences in the footer of an email.

Data We Collect
In addition to personal information you may provide us for the purposes of opening an account or ordering products, you may provide financial information to us for the purpose of extending credit to you. This data is only used to evaluate your credit worthiness and is reviewed periodically while your account is active. It is shared with financial institutions as a normal course of doing business. Your account status and payment history may also be reported to various credit reporting agencies.

This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of Velasea, LLC (“Velasea,” “we” or “us”), and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Information We Collect
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“personal information”). We HAVE collected the following categories of personal information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months: Identifiers, Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e)), and Commercial information. We HAVE NOT collected the following categories of personal information: Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law, Biometric information, Internet or other similar network activity (although we use cookies, nothing identifiable is compiled or aggregated from such use), Geolocation data, Sensory data, Professional or employment-related information, Nonpublic education information (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)), or Inferences drawn from other personal information.
We obtain the categories of personal information listed above from the following categories of sources: (a) directly from our business partners or their agents. For example, from documents that our business partners provide to us related to the services for which they engage us; (b) indirectly from our business partners or their agents. For example, through information we collect from our business partners while providing services to them; and (c) directly and indirectly from activity on our website (www.velasea.com). For example, from submissions through our website portal or website usage details collected automatically.
Use of Personal Information
We may use or disclose the personal information we collect for the business purpose of fulfilling the reason for which it was provided. We will not collect additional categories of personal information or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without updating this notice.
Sharing Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to a third party for the business purpose of fulfilling the reason for which such information was provided. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information, nor do we intend on selling any personal information.
Your Rights and Choices
The CCPA provides consumers (California residents) with specific rights regarding their personal information. You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose to you the categories of personal information we collected about you and how it was used.
You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers and business partners to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies. Only you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.
Privacy Notice to California Job Applicants
Velasea is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information of all individuals including job applicants. Velasea collects personal information of job applicants in connection with its recruitment and hiring activities. Velasea does not sell or otherwise disclose this personal information for monetary consideration or a business purpose to any third parties. Velasea is committed to complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and all data privacy and laws in the jurisdictions in which it recruits and hires employees. Job applicants with disabilities may access this notice in an alternative format by contacting [email protected]. We may collect the following categories of personal information may be requested during Velasea’s hiring process for the purposes described below:

- Job preference and work availability(pre-hire)

Beware Fraudulent Employment Offers
Our job interviewing takes place in person and by Zoom or Microsoft Teams. We will never ask you to make a payment or buy software or equipment as part of an employment offer. Please call us directly if you have any questions about an employment solicitation or offer being made in our name.
